What materials do you use for your bags?
Our bags are made of genuine leather, the result of Italian craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully designed to ensure quality and durability.
Why can irregularities appear on leather?
Irregularities reflect the uniqueness of genuine leather and its natural origin. They are a testament to the authenticity and quality of our products.
Do you offer customizable bags?
Currently we do not offer customization, but we are working to develop this service.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Clean it with a soft cloth and use a specific leather product once or twice a year to preserve its beauty. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity.
Can I protect my bag from stains and water?
We recommend applying a specific leather protective spray to protect it from stains and water. Be careful not to put gold or silver metal elements under water.
Order
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
What are the shipping times?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 working days by our teams, the total delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only deliver to France and the EU (for an additional fee). Do not hesitate to contact us by email for any special requests, we will do our best to satisfy you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. See full terms and conditions in the returns & refunds section.
How to make a return?

Are return costs covered?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
