Return policy
You have 14 days after receiving the order to be able to benefit from a return.
The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be put back on sale by the Company. In the event of receipt of used, incomplete, damaged or soiled products*, the Company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer liable for depreciation of the Product.
Furthermore, if the customer has not followed the rules of maintenance and conservation of the product, Fiorella will not refund the items purchased.
After these 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Personalized items;
- Gift cards.
Return terms:
To return a product, please contact us by email at the following address: fiorella.leatherbags@gmail.com , we will send you a form to fill out as well as a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over £20, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To facilitate your return request, we may ask you for a photo or video of the product.
In any case, whatever your return request, please contact us at fiorella.leatherbags@gmail.com , we will then provide you with return instructions and a form to fill out. Orders returned without a form will be automatically refused.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days of receiving your return.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We can replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like an exchange, please email us at fiorella.leatherbags@gmail.com and we will provide you with an exchange form.
*There are certain situations where reimbursement may be refused.
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
