DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days by our teams. The total delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days in France (excluding weekends and public holidays). A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped. With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation including a link to track it.

During peak periods, order preparation may take 8 business days. Free delivery via Mondial Relay in France for purchases of 100 euros or more. Free home delivery in France for purchases of 200 euros or more.

FIORELLA reserves the right to modify this cost for a given short period. This modification does not require any prior notification to site customers. Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund of the delivery fees in effect at the time of purchase.

Delivery is available in the following countries: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany via Mondial Relay.
Please ensure you choose a Mondial Relay partner delivery address. Otherwise, your package will be shipped to the Mondial Relay pick-up point closest to the address provided.
