DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are prepared and dispatched by our teams within 2 to 5 working days. Total delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days in France (excluding weekends and public holidays). A confirmation e-mail with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Each time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then a second e-mail with your dispatch confirmation, including a link to track your order.
During busy periods, it may take up to 8 working days to prepare your order. Delivery is free in France for orders over €80.
This site reserves the right to modify this cost at short notice. This modification does not require any prior notice to the site's customers. Under no circumstances may a third party claim a refund of the delivery costs in place at the time of purchase.

Delivery is only available in the following countries: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany via Mondial Relay. No home delivery or delivery via another carrier is available.
